At McCallum&Co, we are a human-centred, senior consultancy based in Aotearoa New Zealand, working across financial services, government, technology, and social innovation.

Our consultancy was founded by Emilie McCallum, a trusted advisor with over 20 years' experience across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the UK. Emilie brings deep expertise in governance, regulation, strategy, risk, conduct, and operational uplift, alongside a strong focus on inclusion, ethics, and public value.
