Our consultancy was founded by Emilie McCallum, a trusted advisor with over 20 years' experience across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the UK.

 

In 2026, McCallum&Co welcomed two new partners, Godefroy Renoux and Jo Barriball. Each bringing considerable experience: Godefroy, in consumer banking, product, digital, data and business performance, and Jo, in communications and marketing.
