Who we are
At McCallum&Co, we are a human-centred, senior consultancy based in Aotearoa New Zealand, working across financial services, government, technology, and social innovation.
Our mission is simple: to help organisations build strategies, systems and solutions that are fairer, safer, and more responsive for the people they serve.
We bring clarity to complexity, grounding strategic advice in real-world context and meaningful partnership. Our work supports organisations to deliver responsibly: to do good, reduce harm, and design for impact, not just compliance.
We believe that when our clients succeed, their customers, communities, and stakeholders succeed too.
Our consultancy was founded by Emilie McCallum, a trusted advisor with over 20 years' experience across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the UK.
In 2026, McCallum&Co welcomed two new partners, Godefroy Renoux and Jo Barriball. Each bringing considerable experience: Godefroy, in consumer banking, product, digital, data and business performance, and Jo, in communications and marketing.
